  • How long will my training take?
    The Genius Courses each differ in time; on the courses page, all training options show duration. If you need specifics, email info@geniusfiller.com.
  • How many students do you train in each course?
    We focus on small groups or one-to-one training. No one leaves without confidence. If more experience is needed, additional sessions are offered free until confidence is sufficient.
  • Will I be insured?
    Yes. Insurance is included through one of the UK’s leading providers upon successful course completion.
  • Who can train in dermal fillers?
    It’s insurance companies who will offer practitioners insurance following training, therefore for ‘non-medics’ we recommend speaking to a reputable insurance company before applying for the course to ensure you will be eligible. However, we typically accept the following groups: Doctors Nurses Dentists Podiatrists Physiotherapists Level 3 Beauty Therapists We are now also very happy to announce we offer an amazing pathway course to aesthetics through mesotherapy.   • What if I just want to learn a particular skill?
    We have the ability to offer bespoke training for those who may already have some experience but wish to further their competence or confidence in an area not covered in our standard curricula. Training can be tailored to suit all levels of ability and confidence.
  • Do you keep in touch with trainees after the course?
    At Genius we pride ourselves in offering excellent post-training support & mentorship. We are in constant contact with all our graduates and encourage sharing ideas & experiences through our community of delegates & experts. You will never be left feeling isolated and will always have one of our team on hand to answer any questions.
  • What’s a typical training day like?
    Registration and refreshments start the day followed by introductions to put everyone at ease. The courses cover a whole range of topics and detailed theory is the first thing on the agenda. Each course covers everything you will need to know to enable you to keep your clients as safe as possible whilst enjoying a high level of skill and knowledge which is further developed through the practical sessions at the end of the courses. All our courses include a comprehensive CPR and anaphylaxis course at no additional cost with a separate certificate from the experts who provide this part of your training.
  • Is insurance guaranteed once I finish the course?
    Insurance is guaranteed with a leading UK insurance company once you have passed the course. You will receive all the necessary paperwork plus a Genius certificate to enable you to obtain insurance following your training. The company we use has many years experience in the aesthetic industry and are enormously supportive of their clients.
  • How do I mix the MyFiller Revitalize Serums?
    We recommend that you use a drawing up needle and deposit the serum into the vial you are mixing. This will ensure that the rubber bung is not compromised.
  • What is the shelf life of the MyFiller Revitalize Serum once mixed?
    If you have drawn the serum up and the rubber bung has not been compromised, then the serum will last the shelf life of the product.
  • I have ordered the free training link but not received it yet.
    The link for the free training is on your confirmation email that you will have received from Genius on successful checkout. Please ensure you check your inbox and junk mail. Alternatively if you still can’t locate the confirmation email, contact one of the friendly team at Genius who will be able to assist.
  • I’ve received my order, but the MyFiller serum vial is only half full.
    The MyFiller Revitalize serums comes in 1ml, 5ml and 10ml bottles depending upon the product. The manufacturers have designed the vials in this way to allow you to create cocktails for your clients, please see the measurement written on each individual vial to see how much product you should have.
  • I want to order products but live outside the UK.
    For international shipping, please contact our customer service team sales@geniusltd.co who will be able to assist you. All international shipments must be done in house due to using a different courier for this service. We will need to know the following: Full Name Address Contact Number What you would like to order Once we have received this we will generate you an invoice which will need to be paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer (payment details are at the bottom of the invoice). Once this is completed the order will be shipped out immediately.
  • Am I legally required to buy a case study kit to complete dermal filler training?
    Yes. In order to fully complete your training you must purchase your case study kit from us. We do this so that we can ensure you use correct products to complete your case studies required. If you do not complete this purchase your certificate will be deemed invalid and you will not be eligible to get insurance.
